I purchased a Sharper Image Axis4D massage chair from the Massage Chair Store and the transaction was excellent. From online order to delivery, the communication was great and the order was received in perfect condition and in a very timely fashion. The unit is awesome and my wife loves it. It is actually helping her with her RA and lymphodema in her leg. Follow up from Bernie and others was unexpected but very welcomed. They all wanted to make sure everything was fine. Very professional group and I will recommend as well as buy again from them (wife is not sharing her chair! lol)

I dealt with Ryan for a couple days on the phone asking questions and going over everything. It was the chair I wanted and the price worked for me. The sales process made it easier for me to choose them for my chair. The process was easy. Delivery was fairly quick. There was an issue with the initial delivery, but they quickly fixed the issue within 24 hours and went out of their way to make it quick and easy. It also showed me if I had any issues in the future, they would be right there to assist me. Crystal was excellent in helping me through the problem. Very happy with sales, service and delivery. The chair is the Infinity Imperial Syner-D and I love it. Payments are good. Warranty was good.

I was able to text with a person, not AI, and then give them a call. Tell them my price range and tell them the height and weight of people in the family so they can help me choose the right chair. Great customer serve and they also have military discount.
