I bought a pre-owned Kyota massage chair. It exceeded all expectations above and beyond. However, it was missing a piece for attaching the footrest. I called Massage Chair Deals to inform them. They very courteously handled my request and sent out the items I needed. There was even a follow up email to make sure I received the item. Great Service!

The price was competitive and I’m so glad I ordered the white glove service too. Even then, the set up was a bit difficult for the delivery guy. Be sure you check their work carefully!

It's a legitimate company, in case you're wondering lol. I got the chair I wanted for half the price, and I have been using it everyday. I strongly recommend that you do pay the extra couple bucks for the delivery and assembly.
