This place deserves 0 stars I ordered patches since November 2023 paid extra to expedite order and they never sent it. We are now close to Feb. 2024. When reching out to them. They would send a generic email that really didn't explain the reason I have not gotten my product. And they never answered my questions. Just kept sending same email. So I paid close to 40 dollars for patches that I have never received and unwilling to reimburse my money. Don't buy from this place they are fake.

Hello everyone, If I could I wish I could give 0 STARS for the below reason: This company has a very very poor delivery which I never received my ordered of patches I ordered December and now its January and I still haven't received my patches for my back and knees only excuses after excuses of why they not received. They claim I cancel my order, (not true) however when I started to asked about my order being late when I already paid for expedited shipping when🤔 in actually its nothing expedited at all so they cancel my orders. I emailed them to thank 🙌 them for doing that for me. This company cause me unnecessary stress which I have Chronic pain and that company could care less about that which is why they cancel my order. They are not good business company to do business with to lie to their customers waiting for orders. So good😄 riddance to this Horrible, awful so called caring business company!!!! I truly wouldn't recommend this company to do business with at all!!! Everyone have a good bless day!

If I could give this Zero stars I would. Like everyone else on here ordered the product 1x back in May and was mysteriously set up for auto VIP payments, which set you up on monthly charges of $31.98...but no other products shipped. I did not catch it on my PayPal account until December unfortunately. I have filed a complaint with PayPal. The company's email does not work (auto response within 30 seconds of me sending stating they read my email and i signed up on a VIP program, please cancel through the website). I respond to the email - get the same auto response back. LOL. Go to the website, doesn't work -get a warning notice saying it won't open. Definitely a BIG SCAM! I'm probably out $231. Shame on PayPal for not having a warning on businesses like these.

It's probably a good product if they ever send it. It's ridiculous that tge label has been printed but no one from the post office can pick it up or someone from this company can take it to the post office. What's the point of having a tracking number if it dosent move at all. I give it a 1 rating cause there's no zero. Terrible shipping department. Company needs to get there act together.

Ordered an item (Flexi knee) since 12/3/2023. Still haven't received it. They tried to charge me for some VIP membership for $20+ which I canceled and since then all I've gotten from them is a big lie and a runaround

Ordered once. They automatically set you up for a subscription. You can cancel on their site but they shouldn't set it up without adequately letting you know that is what is happening. I will not be ordering anything from them again. You can find similar products on Amazon and other sites.

Ordered one product as a trial. Suddenly I was billed for 5 additional items I did not order. I have never received any of the items. No ide if the product works, but don't care. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY AND PRODUCTS!

Around the time of shipment notification I began receiving emails thanking me for ordering items that I did not order. After a lot of back and forth I was offered the option to keep these items and enjoy a 50% credit. I never ordered the items so this was problematic. It’s now more than 2 weeks since the shipping notification and the items (1 that I ordered + unordered) have not arrived.
