I bought a neuropathy pad from massage-lab.com in 2023, and paid with my credit card. Afterwards they began charging my credit card $31.67 monthly for over a year before my credit card rejected the charge as fraudulent. When I called massage-lab.com (which is an online store only) they said I’d subscribed to a monthly newsletter with a monthly cost of $31.67, even though they sent no confirmation or receipt to my email verifying this subscription. I cancelled, but they would only credit 6 months of the charges, though they had been charging me for well over a year. This message is to remind everyone using this website to carefully review the terms and conditions of signing up for their newsletter. Additionally, the product I bought never worked consistently, and provided such weak stimulation that it had little effect on my neuropathy.

It said my card declined but they still took out $14.95 for no reason plus the price of the patches!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!

Scam Confirmed Trustpilot also need to work on their review authentication. There is no way any person who realizes what this company does would give it 5 stars. You have some bad actors inflating the score of this company. It's just like the other users say. You buy one thing, they offer you free shipping, you click it not knowing it also signs you up for a service I'm sure no one has ever used (VIP service members can "request" free medical supplies up to a value of $30 a month. This is, of course, a front, so they can claim they offer a "good" or a "service" in exchange for the monthly subscription fee). Next, they charge you for as many months as they can before you realize what they did. The name of the merchant for the charges, Helikon Limited, bears no resemblance to "massage-lab" so you don't clock that it's no good. This all seems planned in order to blend into the monsoon of subscriptions that turns digital consumers wallets from buckets into collanders. Just another hole in the bucket that will slowly leak until you realize what they are up to, but hey, don't worry! Now you can make pasta! It's never a devestating amount of money at a time, because that would draw too much attention. I'm sure they figured out that $30 is the most they can charge for the longest amount of time, before people realize what they are doing. And it's never enough money to really feel like you want to hassle anyone over it. "It's just a couple hundred bucks, what's the big deal? I stopped it now." But that's money I worked for and need to support my family. You shouldn't be doing this. Find a more productive way of making money. Heck, you could even go on disability or something. I'm sure any doctor could see that something is wrong with you without even doing an examination. EDIT: They did cancel and refund the last VIP subscription payment, but if they were actually concerned about making things right, they would refund the over $200 they siphoned out of my account since April. They won't, because that's the only way this company stays around. Through this predatory subscription service. They will refund whatever is within the "return window" (how do you return useless access to useless products?), so they can appear to be above board, but you better believe they already spent that other money and you won't be getting it back.

BEWARE This company pretends you authorise some VIP membership and keep taking money from your credit card. The heated massager is ok but the fact they keep stealing from you is not. Trying to log in to some bogus VIP stie is also impossible as you never set up an account to begin with. This is sad they think this is ok.

DO NOT buy from this company! I did not ok the so called VIP subscription! Just checked my finances….they charged me over $400 in auto pays. Tried 3 times before it finally got cancelled! Scam!!!

This company is a total scam. They charge you for items you did not click on. After that, they give you fake tracking numbers to see where your actually wanted items are. Never do business here. They are clearly a predatory business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a small hamstring band. They sent me an email asking me to activate my VIP benefits, which I never clicked. Fast forward 30 days and they are trying to charge me recurring subscription for a VIP club to obtain product discounts. The subscription is more than the band I purchased!

What a Scam we were charged for a V.I.P member for 12-13 months $31.00.
