I mistakenly ordered an extra item in my original order. I reached out to see if someone would help me delete the additional item. In no time I received a response and was credited back for the item I mistakenly ordered. Wow! I’m impressed with this company! 10 ⭐️’s on customer service.

Let’s start by saying, I accidentally ordered two genies since the website didn’t confirm my first order. As soon as I got a notification I was charged twice, I instantly went to cancel one. And what do you know, after 5 minutes it said it was shipped and I had to file a return. Both showed up, the small mouth vacuum works. The large mouth, NOT AT ALL! I’ve used regular Ball mason jars, used my lids and the ones provided. Still won’t seal. There is ZERO customer service support other than email. Which is a JOKE! I emailed them asking for a return due to accidentally ordering two genies since ZERO RESPONSE! I YouTubed how to get the large mouth jars to seal. Nope. Still won’t work. I even opened the second order I got thinking maybe I got a bad sealer. Still a big NOPE! Won’t work! I emailed the company AGAIN abt having issues with the large mouth jars and again with wanting to return the second one I ordered due to website error. Still NOTHING! But hey! What I DID GET, was a MINIMUM of 2-3 emails DAILY abt how awesome this POS is! Really? No customer service phone number. Just an email that is ABSOLUTELY USELESS! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Unless everything you want to store is in a small mouth jar. And yes, before you respond, I am very aware of how to unlock the small mouth vacuum to use the large mouth and still nothing sealed. This is an absolute waste of money and you not only blocked me from returning the extra one, now I’m stuck with TWO pieces of uselessness and no way to get my money back. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I have separate jars for all types of Sugar, Flour and dry foods! It’s amazing how much more room I have in my pantry! Also, love the fact that I can reseal with no hassle and it’s air tight! I’m so happy I took a chance on masongenie! Thank you for creating such a wonderful product!
