Before I talk about the great customer service, I want to say how great the Masongenie product is. I have a jar full of brown sugar that is still soft and moist after six months. Grapes, over a month old shoved to the back of the fridge still sharp and sweet as when I bought them. Everything stays fresh. Frozen shrimp easily separated after four months in the freezer. Now, the customer service. I packed some leftover watermelon in a mason jar and I believe it sucked up some of the juice into the unit. My mistake. It no longer would charge or turn on. I wrote customer service and Marie made some suggestions which I tried but only helped a little. I filled out the warranty form and a couple days later a new unit is on its way. How about that!! I bought another one for a friend of mine as well. Leftovers go right into a jar and keep for a week or more. I don’t think I have thrown any food out since I got my Masongenie!

I accidentally had the wrong shipping address attached to my payment. I noticed it and emailed customer service. Marie corrected it and let me know that my order was on it's way to the correct address. I am thankful that they are so prompt with the response!!

I’ve been storing my staples in mason jars instead of the plastic they usually come in. I had no idea how the Mason Genie worked either but decided to give it a whirl. So I had a little trouble at first, figuring out how to switch between the small and large sized lids. Great customer service solved my problem in a jiffy. Email customer service on a Saturday generated a live email within 15 mins. I did figure out how gently using a butter knife as enough to release the Genie stuck to the filled bottle. All good!

I needed a way to seal my mason jars with dry goods and I also needed a way to keep my freezer items to last a longer time in there so I knew what I wanted and I also bought extra for Christmas presents for this year for my family and friends! Bought my mason genie in December. I LOVED this thing. I use it almost every day. It keeps cocktail syrups, fruits, berries, veggies, cheeses, pickled onions and greenbeans perfect for three times as long. I started having issues after about 6 months. It wouldn’t charge to 100 despite different plugs, cables, cords. It would get 2-3 uses and die. I reached out and Marie from customer service asked me for a couple photos and decided it was effective, and promptly sent me out a new mason genie! Very quickly to respond and solve any issues or concerns I had. These make lovely gifts. With food prices, who doesn’t want to make their groceries last longer and fresher?! Thank you mason genie and Marie!
