Mason Genie is very simple to use. Fill up your jar. Put on a lid and then slip the Genie on top. Tap the button and the Genie does all the work to remove the air in less than a minute. Food stays fresh for days. When it is time to open, use the tool that comes with the Genie. I take what I want and reseal the jar. Works great for fruits and vegetables. I used to throw out so much and feel guilty with the waste. Now I eat healthier seeing my fruits and veggies ready to consume.

First of all, I LOVE the Mason Genie! I literally use it everyday! I suddenly stopped working, fully charged and the timer counts down, but it made no "sealing" noise. I went thru the process with a quick little video and filled out the form that I was having an issue. Marie got right back to me, quicker than I ever thought. She has already sent out a replacement! This truly is a great company and outstanding customer service and care!

I discovered that the order was in US funds and I am from Canada. But I also discovered that Amazon has the exact same thing for the same price. So it’s easier for me to order from there in Canadian funds. If there’s an issue, it’s a lot easier to send back to Amazon. Not that I’m saying it would be difficult with you guys. This is the first time ordering. I definitely will check out the rest of your products. I was extremely pleased with the quick response from your customer service today.
