I appreciated receiving an email from Maria. I also appreciated knowing my account was credited for what I did not wish to buy. However, I did not appreciate the confusion after my purchase that caused the extra order I did not intend.

I honestly and satisfied with the return outcome but I do think it felt like a trap saying I had not completed the order with emails and texts messages when I knew I had completed the order. I was careful not to click on anything because it felt like a trap. So I would suggest NOT tricking folks. Not good and a complete waste of time to have to email get the order number etc. but thanks you for a fast response and return of my dollars.
