Customer service was very quick to respond to my inquiry and fix the issue I was having.

I’ve been using Mashadvisor for a few months and it’s been giving me great insights of what neighborhoods and houses look like better investments for traditional and/or airbnbs based on estimated rental and occupancy rates, and costs associated with the area. I’ve dodged a couple of bad investments as well! Definitely recommend the service!

This is a bait and switch for sure. Signed up for a plan, and everything is still locked and says you need to upgrade to get access.

Signed up for 90 day trial. Did not use past the first day of trial and forgot to cancel. After 90 days, was charged for another 90 days. Cancelled service immediately and requested refund. They refused. Politely asked for refund and they denied. Poor customer service. Why do I want access for another 90 days for a service I did not or will not use? Any other company I have every used and this has happed, as long as I request refund with a day or two of the charge, will refund the monies. Many of them even say they have no refund policies. Why risk upsetting someone to dispute the charge on their card and leave a bad review and set it up that they will never use your service. Leaves a bad taste and I would never use MashVisor again due to their poor customer service. Follow-up from my original post. They did finally provide a refund. Will reconsider using again in the future.

Provides very useful insights, particularly if you're considering investing in markets outside of your home base.

Excellent customer services. Immediate response. Also if you are looking to estimate your ROI, they have pretty accurate numbers

I didn't actually use the service because I found a property somewhere else; however, when requested that I cancel my subscription, they responded and update it right away.
