Horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I highly recommend finding any other company that provides the same or similar services. I signed up for the free trial (7 days) and then realized the company/website wouldn’t help me, so I attempted to cancel. After numerous attempts to cancel I realized there was no way for me to do so on my own. After 9 emails from me to customer service and my request being (literally) ignored over and over again I have been forced to reach out to my credit card company. This is a scam. Stay very far away.

Mashvisor has taken my name and created a horrible website for my business without permission. I've been trying for two years to get taken down. They are crooks hijacking Realtor's ID's and giving them a BAD look. Shame on you for not having an easy way for an agent to delete your misguided and outdated information. Instead of responding nicely why don't you fix my problem, RICK COLSON LAGUNA NIGUEL REAL ESTATE AGENTS

Mashvisor provides the best real estate investing tool to carryout on the spot analysis of any real estate deal. My team and I find it very useful and quite frankly has very accurate information. Don't think too much about it, just go ahead and get it and you won't regret your decision.
