Terrible UI and fees
Charged me a cancellation fee for a flight I mistakenly purchased and cancelled immediately. The site has absolutely trash UI that made it extremely difficult to notice the dates were not matching what I originally selected.

This good mark and good experience is only due to great help and professional assistance of Bryan Robles. He assisted me to change the flight after it was cancelled. I tried to get help 2 times before that, nothing happened, and he managed to do everything in 10 min.
