MartiGO üzerinden yaptığım rezervasyonda bir yolcunun isminde yanlışlık olduğunu fark ettim. Muhammed Bey benimle çok hızlı ve ilgili bir şekilde ilgilendi. Normalde mümkün olmayan isim değişikliği için istisna sağlanmasına yardımcı oldu ve sorunum kısa sürede çözüldü. Kendisine ilgisi, anlayışı ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı için özellikle teşekkür ederim.
