The pricing for flights is very deceptive. There are many hidden agendas, all designed to mislead, confuse and fleece the traveler. Martigo describes your baggage in pre-sales as 1 personal item, 1 X 20 kg checked bag, carry on 8 kg. After sales the description changes. Now it says, 1 X personal purpose, 1 X 20 kg checked bag, 8kg hand bag. maybe this is innocent enough why use different language? Keep things clear to end the ridiculous add on charges beloved of low cost carriers.

Sie haben mich sofort angerufen und ein neues Ticket für mich gefunden. Ohne dass ich etwas sagen musste, meinten sie außerdem, dass sie sich darum kümmern werden, das Ticket für den verpassten Flug zu stornieren.
