J’ai du prendre un vol de retour sur ce site suite à mes annulations de vols par Qatar Airways. J’avais un transit à Madrid avec Air Europe pour Paris sur ce vol je n’avais pas de boarding pass alors que j’ai payé un tarif prohibitif au vu des circonstances, j’ai dû attendre jusqu’au dernier moment pour savoir si je pourrais monter dans l’avion, pourquoi prendre ma réservation et mon argent si le vol est plein et se retrouver en stand by ?

Trying to get a simple question answered about the refund policy but no one is helping over the call or WhatsApp. One female agent purposely keeps picking up and hanging up the phone. Called and messaged on WhatsApp but no luck. Very disappointed!!
