Update: since they were playing games I tried to have a chargeback on my CC just to find they never really booked my flight. ( they sent reservation numbers both from them and the airline )

They answer very fast and eficient through whatsApp. With the current problem of the flights, they cancelled me and proceed to the refound in a very easy way. I want to thank mostly Andy's service for his kind answers and eficient work. If I ever do an international trip I will choose martiGo!

Bought a ticket to Israel in January for March. Due to the war the company suspended flights. I asked for a refund. Martigo tells me the flight is still available and they are playing games and keeping my money. Not a happy customer

Easy to book and we were glad to get a booking 4 hours prior to take off after our original flight got delayed and then cancelled. The price was really good too. And all 3 airlines we had to fly were good and on time. And our luggage arrived almost immediately after having had made 3 connections from Ft Myers Fl to Bari Italy. Will absolutely look for flights with them again.
