I was skeptical at first because of the low price but the site is legit. My order was delivered in three days and I will definitely use them again.

I didnt read reviews about the company until just after purchasing & I became a bit concerned, but too late already committed. Although I didnt get an immediate confirmation, the email came through the next day. It stated the item would be delivered in 8 days, and it arrived on time. So with my experience, all went well! Price was below competitors & arrived in great new condition. Very happy overall.

I was very nervous about buying from this site because of some of the bad reviews, but the product was $100 cheaper than anywhere else and there were also good reviews. So, I decided to take a chance. Ordered on a holiday and didn't get any kind of response (except the original order email) for seven days. No response to chats or emails. I figured it was a holiday time and they may have been busy or off on holiday, which is fine. I finally got a message that my order had been placed. Today, eight days later, I got a message that the item was not in stock. My card was not charged, but my time was wasted. I spent days researching and deciding what to do with this company. I guess the price was literally too good to be true.

I was in the category of people who never received the ordered goods. Store first stalled by asking for the mailing address to be confirmed (it was correct). They eventually cancelled claiming their "supplier found a mismatch between actual stock and their system records". While the card was never charged (they only placed a hold), I will be extra vigilant in monitoring it for fraudulent activity going forward. Overall, lost a week and will need to reorder, so only reason for extra star is that there was some communication...

Thank you for your feedback. We truly wanted to fulfill your order, but unfortunately our supplier was unable to complete it due to an unexpected stock mismatch, which was outside of our control. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to communicate with you.
