A poorly-run dropshipper who lists out-of-stock items, then cancels your order a week later, taking an interest free loan from you and wasting your time.

Extremely fast delivery, packaged very well so no damage, lowest price for this Simple Human mirror of anyone else selling it. The mirror is fantastic. This is the second one I’ve purchased. Customer service emailed me to make sure I received it and was happy with the product and their service. Excellent service!! I will definitely do business with Mart Explore again and highly recommend them!

I purchased a lithium battery from Mart Explore and my credit card information was exposed through them. I called their phone number to cancel my order only to be instructed to leave a message. I don’t know if they are a legitimate business but I know your credit card is not safe. I also sent an email to cancel my order and as of yet no reply.

I wasn't entirely sure about ordering from a new (to me) vendor, but the cost savings justified the risk. As it turns out, my concern was much ado about nothing. The item arrived via FedEx ground with no dramas - and the company did a nice job keeping me updated on the order's progress. I'd consider them again for a future purchase.

We ordered snowblowers as Christmas gifts for our children. After placing the order, we grew concerned that maybe they would not arrive in time. We began to look closer at the company and had concerns about the reviews we read. However, our experience turned out great and nothing like the negative experiences that others reported. From the time ordered until delivered was approximately one week. Customer service sent an email following up to see if everything was satisfactory. These snow blowers were priced way less than the local big box stores. Using this company was a great experience and I would recommend them. It is not a scam as some have suggested, they are definitely legitimate!

I'm amazed at my experience with this company, which seems not uncommon. I ordered a whole-house water filtration system for $X. Over a week later, I am told that "due to billing issues", the order was cancelled, and that I needed to reorder. When I did, the price was now $X plus. The new price was $10 more than the original. After researching the company, I found that: "Reports from customers in late 2025 and early 2026 indicate that MartExplore has engaged in patterns of canceling orders followed by restocking at higher prices."

Great experience - best price online, received tracking information within first few days as promised, came quickly and they followed up to ensure we received our order and were satisfied with it. We will order here, again!
