My last review was apparently deleted so add that to the list. i ordered two speakers, gave them 6 days to ship .. they list 2-5 days .... i emailed them day 6 got a response, day 7 i received one speaker... then they sent me the same tracking number for two speakers after that trying to delay. but communication did get alot better once they acknowledged there was a problem with sending the 2cd speaker. i never got the 2cd speaker. half of my money was refunded and i wont be back. they will not rip you off, but you cannot shop with confidence as their slogan suggests. i had to have my brother get the 2cd speaker on amazon as i am not on there and was the reason i chose martexplore in the first place. 1 star for one speaker and another for the partial refund. i wasted almost two weeks with this company.

Some of the reviews are correct about this company, they are a middle man and advertise prices they may not be able to deliver. Here is what they said when I pressed them for a shipping date, I had heard nothing from them for 8 days until I pressed them. MartExplore.com: "We tried to process your order, but our supplier found a mismatch between actual stock and their system records. We had to cancel the order to avoid leaving you waiting without a clear timeline. No charge was taken — your bank will release the hold within 5–10 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience." Never told me they canceled the order. I won't use them again.

I was in the category of people who never received the ordered goods. Store first stalled by asking for the mailing address to be confirmed (it was correct). They eventually cancelled claiming their "supplier found a mismatch between actual stock and their system records". While the card was never charged (they only placed a hold), I will be extra vigilant in monitoring it for fraudulent activity going forward. Overall, lost a week and will need to reorder, so only reason for extra star is that there was some communication...
