Got what I wanted at a discounted price and it arrived significantly faster than estimated. What more could I ask?

I was a bit skeptical about this new to me company, especially since the price of the product I was eyeing was significantly lower than Walmart and Amazon ($30+ lower) but wth I went ahead and ordered anyways. I received the confirmation email right away detailing to allow 1-3 days for processing, 5-10 business days for order to be shipped and 2-5 days after order is placed for tracking number. I placed my order on a Monday (evening time so technically Tuesday), received the tracking number on the 4th day that Friday, and the product was delivered the following Wednesday, so 8 days in all Tuesday to Wednesday. The condition of the product was brand new. You can tell the item was shipped directly from the brand’s manufacturer. The item arrived in the product’s store shelf box inside the brand name’s original shipping box via UPS. So with my experience, all went well! I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase thru MartExplore again.

I was unfamiliar with this vendor, but they had the product I was looking for, and at a very competitive price. The merchandise I ordered was shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition. My question to them regarding shipping was answered promptly and courteously.

They quote low price but it is misleading. They are a very slow and unreliable online store. I waited two weeks. They shipped it to a wrong address. This is after they emailed me to verify the mailing address. At the end they refused to reship it and just cancelled the order.
