Don't know what happened with the Gaylord. The deserts used to be great (costly by great). I was there last weekend and as usual, I ordered some of the pastries and not one was good or appealing. The place is going down fast.

Tried to close my account. No option on the website. Emailed them. Before the closed it they said they needed date joined (wtf knows that, number of points and confirmation I wanted it closed). Sent that lot in and they came back and said they needed; Preferred Travel Partner Past two stays Registered phone number. Registered email address FFS - all I want to do is close the account. I've given up

I needed to speak with a person about making a reservation because the website would not allow me. It took forever to get AI to let me through to a real person. They needed to forward me to another department. I've been on hold for 20+ minutes. Tell me to book with Hilton without telling me you want nothing to do with me. I'm lifetime gold and spend most of my stays there. Update 1: 10 minutes after getting off the phone, someone started books stays under my account. I called in and after 30 min on hold, I spoke with someone who said I'd need to go elsewhere. Luckily I wasn't on hold long. They filled out a fraud report and said they'd get back to me in 45 days.

This review is for a stay at Marriot Courtyard, Winchester Virginia in September 2026. I found the facility clean and well kept. But the staff, would try my door every night. This posed a security risk that the staff did not care about when I complained. They just brushed it off the whole time (3 months) that I used their facility. They worked with a nearby Shelter, church and gym to make me completely unhappy. This activity was known to the local cops. I don't believe the entire staff was in on it. But the fact that they didn't care about this bullying tactic really surprised me.

I had a hotel in Georgetown next to Washington DC, showed up in a rental. There is no parking… I called the Front Desk, there is no Front Desk number. I am directed to the main Marriott customer service number, they do not help four times in a row. They do not care, they do not want you to stay in their place. I will not be staying in any Marriott ever again after the experience I had tonight, I booked a hotel across the river. They took my $430 and refused to refund me.

1. We ordered two queen. Got a King the room with the two queens the lock didn’t work 2. Bathroom door was broken it would not close 3. I had to beg for towels at the desk told ask in advance. 4. you had to request to have your room cleaned because of Covid, therefore our trash was over the top. The extra towels & dirty towels everywhere. RM.203

Starting with fire alarm going off from 12:45am until after 3am...false alarm, absolutely no one cleaned my room for 3 days and I left with bed bug bites...worst experience ever.

Staying at Marriott run hotel Le Meridien at Khao Lak Thailand. Everyday there was a problem - firstly put in a much cheaper room than I had paid for which was damp and mouldy. Was then moved to the room I’d paid for to find the air conditioning did not work. Next day there was no hot water. Then the new gym in the hotel was not cleaned or kept up to scratch. Next the room keys would not work and the door locks broke. Staff were unhelpful. On complaining was offered a drink voucher which staff at the hotel would not honour. Repeatedly asked to see the general manager who never appeared. Marriot Bonvoy complaint service kept handing the issue back to the hotel even when told issues were not being dealt with. Avoid Marriott altogether as the customer service has nosed dived in the last two years
