This company claims it is US based but if you need to return an item they make you send it to China. I find it quite deceptive that this is not stated anywhere on their website.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely want to warn others before they spend hundreds of dollars here like we did. We ordered a “tweed” 3-piece suit from Marlow & Quinn for our wedding. The suit advertised on the website appears to be textured tweed fabric in both the photos and description. What arrived was NOT tweed whatsoever — it was a lightweight polyester suit with a printed pattern designed to imitate tweed texture. If this had been advertised honestly as a printed polyester fashion suit, that would be one thing. But it was marketed as tweed, and the difference in quality, feel, structure, and appearance is substantial. When we contacted customer service, they repeatedly insisted that the “correct item” had been sent. They offered partial refunds of 15–20% if we kept the item, or store credit, but refused to cover return shipping despite their own return policy stating that incorrect items qualify for covered return shipping. The return address provided was an international address in China, meaning return shipping would likely cost a significant amount with no guarantee the refund would actually be honored afterward. The entire experience felt extremely misleading and stressful, especially while trying to prepare for a wedding on a timeline. My advice: - Be very cautious about the fabric descriptions on this site. - Do not assume the materials shown in photos are what you will actually receive. - Read the return policy carefully before ordering (even though they won't honor it anyway) I wish I had researched more thoroughly before ordering. UPDATE: I'm not sure why they reached out to me below. They already said they will not be honoring their return policy.

Sent me the wrong item and they don't fit. I wanted to return for a refund and was given other options to purchase more things at a discounted rate. They gave me no return shipping label or anything to return the item.

Please save yourself the hassle and your money and not order from this place bc if you have a problem With your order for instant if it doesn’t fit or you know longer need it bc it came late. You have to return it to China which is costing you way more than the purchase price. Also poor quality. I wanted to return the boots I purchased but it was costing me way too much to send them back to China so all I got back was 15% which is less than $10 and I paid $65. You should add on your website that all returns go back to China and there’s not a warehouse in the USA. Very unhappy and will never purchase anything from this place again!!!

This is a shell for a Chinese-owned company hiding behind an American-sounding name and fictitious U.S. postal address that is not even on Google Maps. Because it is a Chinese company that ships its merchandise from China: * Delivery will take a month or more, and the customer cannot cancel the order even if the item will not arrive for weeks and by the time needed; * The product quality is substandard; and * If you need to return the item, you are expected to pay for shipping it to China -- even if you are returning it because it was delivered too late and is of poor quality -- which makes returns impossible for all practical purposes. It is deplorable that this company has chosen to mask and misrepresent its ownership with a U.S. name and address.

So I received my item after 28 days in transit. This company used the old "bait and switch" on me. The item for sale versus the item I received were nothing alike. I thought I ordered a pair of black leather boots but instead received a pair of black vinyl molded boots. I immediately contacted the seller and advised them if the issue. They offered several options, none of which were a full refund. If I chose to return the item, I would have to ship it back to China on my dime. Unfortunately I cannot attach pictures of the sale item that was advertised and the item I received. This is one of the most shady business online. Stay away.

After carefully reviewing this site, I ordered a track suit, and ONLY after I ordered was I informed that the product would ship from China. We’re at 12 days and counting…no idea where the item is. The company advertises free shipping the U.S., but fails to mention many of their items come from China. A very disappointing shopping experience. I will not shop here again.

DONT BUY FROMT HIS COMPANY !!! Their product is TRASH.. they don’t even tell you that comes from China and when you try to send back the disgusting item they sent to you .. they want to pay for sending the delivery back with is 75USD BEWARE DO NOT BUY
