First mistake was ordering ANYTHING from an ad on Facebook when 99.9999% of that crap comes from China. The boots I ordered were literally a bad copy of the photo they advertised (another MO for Chinese manufacturers). Trying to get an RMA has taken 4 weeks so far with no results.

The work boots are poorly made and have zero support. Company phone number does not work past1 ring! They offer you a 15-20% refund on cheap crap and when you demand a refund they want it shipped back to China. That costs more than my refund. HUGE RIP OFF ! DO NOT BUY FROM MARLOW & QUINN! BEYOND AWFUL COMPANY!

DO NOT buy from this company! Only to say poor dress quality is a understatement. I am still trying to get information on how to return these items and get a refund. It has been over 3 weeks.

Received a dress I did not like, and return process was a nightmare. Not only did I have to pay $30 something in shipping back to China, but “Stacey Quinn” who I had to contact for return kept sending me back in circles of my refund money. They kept trying to offer me 5% back of my purchase without returning, even after I had already sent it back. It was over three months when I still had not received my return money so I had to contact my bank. Luckily I received the refund shortly after that. But they were definitely trying to keep my money. Would absolutely not recommend this should no longer be in business.

WARNING: This company is a scam. I try to shop small and avoid amazon which usually works out beautifully. However not in this case. I ordered a $30 straw sun hat that arrived 2 1/2 weeks later (well after I needed it.) The hat arrived shoved into an envelope, crushed and destroyed. Even after trying to reshape it, the hat was complete garbage quality. Literally a far worse quality than hats at Walmart or Temu being sold for $7. I'm not sure what retailer would carry this crappy of a hat. Possibly the level of quality that you could expect if you showed up to a "free straw hat day" promotion at the county fair. I have been trying to return it for three weeks. It requires an email request to do a return (first red flag). After emailing I received a copy-and-paste reply offering me 10% off, which of course I don't want. I have emailed eight times since then trying to get a return label, and the company has been completely non-responsive. Their phone number etc. in Wyoming is bogus and hangs up immediately upon dialing. They don't have social media (second red flag) so now I am now just disputing the charge on my credit card. Hope this helps others!

Horrible experience.. the product material is cheap and the stitching is coming off and you guys don’t make it easy to return product…

I ordered 3 items. The package arrived (after almost 4 weeks), and one of the items was missing. I never received it. The second item, a dress, was cheap and did not look like it did online. I couldn't even wear it because it barely covered my chest. I tried to go to the M&Q returns and exchanges website, and found the website "can't be reached." Probably doesn't even exist.

Terrible products, long delivery times, and pour customer service. One of the worst on-line ordering experiences I have had.
