Ordered Kitty Kurlz,was pure junk.It was nothing as advertised and they refuse to give me a full refund.Do not order from this place.I turned it into my credit card company and will get a refund that way.

SCAM company. Lies that my order will arrive or complete GHOSTS. It's weeks later and I still haven't received the Kitty Kurlz toy. They are one of those companies that pretends to be a US company (including a US-based address) but... they are not. They ship from some SKETCH delivery company in Asia and it takes WEEKS instead of days, as promised.

The toys took weeks "to ship", I was advised, via their tracking service, that they have been delivered. Unable to reach any customer service and they are unresponsive to multiple emails. If a refund isnt issued soon, Im canceling my credit card purchase. Not a reputable company.

Total scam people beware the cat scratchers are so small my cats don't go near them. And the junk comes from Temu and they did not shipped my cat bed that I also purchased and no response yet from Marlenes rip off store. If you want junk order from Temu yourself. Marlenes pet shop is a ripoff. You suck!!!!

So I bought them as well from Marlenes pet shop, first they hold your order trying to sell you some other products as well. Then if you reply and send your concerns about that they will not respond. I told them just to cancel my order but they sent it anyway and they will keep ignoring any mail after that but will spam you with add over mail. Also cats ignore the toy. Don't buy from them is my advice.

I left a 1 star review on their website that didn’t get posted for the public, so I wrote a new one with more stars but just so people can actually see it… And it was posted. Seems like they delete any 1-3 star reviews and keep the 4 and 5 star reviews. If I could I would give the product and customer service 0 stars. We’ve had the Kitty Kurlz for just over a week and my cats haven’t touched (even with catnip sprinkled on it). Also customer service was horrible. When I ordered the only option for shipping was 2-3 business days for $10. After not getting my order for 10 days, I emailed them. They replied 2 days later (the website says to email them with any problems and they’ll reply within 12-24 hours) saying that it was just getting shipped that day. They gave me a new timeframe to expect it by, and it did come within the new timeframe, but still 2 weeks after I ordered it. Because it took so long to get shipped, I requested a refund, which they denied “since the order arrived on time.” They responded to my email requesting a refund 8 days and another email later. Refund request: 7/23 Second email requesting a refund: 7/28 Their response saying no: 7/31 They said that since it arrived within the new timeframe it was “on time.” I feel like it didn’t arrive on time because when it says shipping is 2-3 days, you should expect to get it at least in a week. Pretty disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I purchased kitty kurl for my cat got product opened it and it smelled like chemicals. I emailed and got no response. I emailed again and was told to set it out in the sun for a couple of days. Unreal waste of money and this toy was not cheap! I will never buy anything from them again!

Horrendous practices. (Read EDIT) I ordered something from here a week ago. Minutes after placing my order, I realized I wanted to cancel the order- so I messaged them explaining that I'd like to cancel. No reply. For 7 days. Now the product is already in my country, STILL with no response. This company preys on the love you have for your pets, and locks you into a "All Sales are Final" clause meaning you (generally) CAN'T refund or cancel your order if you change your mind, have your order delayed, etc. Can't wait to get my item to throw it in the trash and never look back- I personally do not trust that the products are safe for her to chew on. I believe any email sent to them with the words "refund" "cancel" "cancellation" etc. are instantly sent to spam mail on their end, as the only times I've gotten a brief "what can I help you with?" response are times when I haven't used these words in my initial email- that is my tip if someone else needs to get in contact with them *at all*. To conclude, I recommend you NEVER buy from here. EDIT, 25th of July: After contacting them by avoiding the previously mentioned key words, I was able to get a hold of someone named Caroline who is now offering me a refund if I send the product back. Jumping through these hoops is not something the average customer should have to go through to simply "cancel an order", and the experience overall I've had with this company is still extremely negative, therefore my review remains at 1 star.
