Avoid Like The Plague
The only thing that went well with my purchase from this outfit is that my payment was processed without a hitch. One item arrived minus a part and the other item was supposedly delivered according to their tracker but I never received the item. They responded to my email about the missing part but that was the last I heard from them. No response to the message about the missing package and no response to the 2nd email about the defective item. Will not recommend purchasing from this outfit.

Never Again
Packaging was awful. Very late delivery. I cannot even imagine how to put the one toy I purchased together due to the way it was folded to package it. Never would I order from these people again. This is not a reputable company. They do not know anything about running a business.

Don’t waste your money
Bought the flappy bird toy for THIRTY POUNDS and it lasted a total of 30 minutes and completely died. The cat was just confused then bored then the avian android offed himself in defiance. Don’t buy from this company, it’s a scam (and have since found the exact same toy on Amazon for less than half the price)

SCAM!!! Do not order from here!
I was drawn to this company from multiple ads on Instagram. I tried finding similar products on Amazon, but after research found that Marlene's pet shop supposedly provided higher quality items. I should have stuck with Amazon. I ordered the value pack for my cat, Periwinkle's first birthday. I'm a college student and so I worked extra hours to be able to afford it (it's almost 80 dollars). I really believed in this company and wanted to give my cat a more fulfilling and exciting life through these products. When I initially placed this order last Sunday, the checkout page told me that shipping would be 3-4 days. It has now been 7 days, and the package has still not been delivered. My cat did not receive her gifts for her birthday, and I could not afford to buy her alternatives. I am all for supporting small businesses, but being a small business is no excuse for lying to your customers. Honesty is the best policy. If your shipping takes two weeks, then advertise it as such. It is unacceptable that you have customers taking your word at hand value and for you to disappoint them. I wrote multiple emails to Sarah, but she has not replied yet. If I do not receive my package and a reply within the time frame they claim to guarantee a reply by (12-24 hours), I will be calling my bank to dispute my credit bill charges. This company is a scam. All it will do is bleed your pockets dry. Extremely disappointing.

I bought a toy and it was broken
I bought a toy and it was broken. They said there’s a full 30 day moneyback guarantee. She told me I had to take it to a shelter. I’m not driving to a shelter to give them a broken toy. I went back-and-forth for weeks and then they charged me for shipping and tax on a broken toy. Something that is defective. Don’t buy anything from these people.

Loved the idea of the starkball
Loved the idea of the starkball. Unfortunately it only held a charge for 5 minutes, which was about the time it took for my cat to be interested. Don’t waste your money.

Mine fell apart
Mine fell apart. It's in two pieces on the porch. I paid for it so it's staying there, even though all the cats ignore it.
