I wish I had read reviews from other sites rather than from Marlenes before ordering the Kitty Kurlz play toy for my cat. He has no more than a 10-second interest for the two times he stopped to look at it. All five star reviews on their website, but many people with the same outcome I have from other review sites like Trustpilot. And I am not interested in attempting their 30-day return, because their wording practically guarantees that the product return will be rejected, ie: Items eligible for return must meet the following stringent criteria: (a) The item must be in its original, unused condition; (b) All tags, labels, packaging materials, and documentation must accompany the item without any signs of tampering, damage, or removal; (c) The item must be free from stains, odors, or any alterations that would render it unsuitable for resale. The Store reserves the absolute right to reject any return that does not fully comply with these conditions. Additionally, the Customer may be subject to a restocking fee, at the sole discretion of the Store, for any returned items. You literally cannot open the package to try the toy with your pet, or you will be out of compliance with their STRINGENT CRITERIA! Buyer beware, don't waste your money with this company or products.
