Hi Cindy, I am sorry to hear that! I checked our records and the last email is us sending you our local warehouse address so that you could return the product and we could issue 100% of the refund. The 50% offer is if you're interested in keeping the toy since it does take some time for cats to get used to new toys. Maybe, there was some confusion with the email?
