My original order was lost in the mail, but the customer service representative was very helpful in sending out a replacement. My cats are still getting used to the Kitty Kurlz, but they are learning!

I ordered the Kitty Kurls when they were buy one get one free. The order arrived quickly. My kitties like the kurls…or maybe it the balls that came with them.

The package came in perfect condition! The package took a few extra days to deliver, but I was emailed a number of times to keep me updated on my order and tracking updates on the delivery service used
