Horrible customer service, one day they say the backpack I ordered is in stock, they next day they say it’s in stock. I paid extra for shipping but the backpack has not been received. It has been more than 2 weeks since i placed my order. Still in transit. U need to get your customer service folks together and let them know that the manner in which they conducted themselves is not very customer centric. I won’t be ordering from mark ryden anymore

Product took too long for delivery and the communication throughout the process was not ideal. The product, however, is great!

I chose the option for quick shipping, it did not arrive in that time period. Then I received an unexpected charge from UPS international charges

Travel with me, and only bag that I used, from airport to restaurant, used it anywhere. I loved it and lots of space for my things, not bulky at all. I will buy this bag again.

I orded at the beginning of February. It said it would take between 10-18 days. When i didnt get any Updates after 14 days i wrote to costumer support asking for information and a refund since it took to long with no information. They responded in the evening and said they contacted the Delivery Agency and are waiting for Information. Then 3 days later suddenly i get a notification that my package will arrive today. It did, since I asked for a refund and already bought another bag i wrote again, asking for how to handle the return. I wrote several e-Mails asking about how to handle the return and got no Answer what so ever. I would never Order there again.
