Was very excited to find this website …
Was very excited to find this website and fell in love! Disappointed as I chose RUSH shipping as I need it ASAP, I ordered 3 lots of hair and got a email saying stock confirmed, which was exciting! Until I chased it up and found out only 1 of them was in stock and I have to wait extra long. Upsetting, if I don’t have it this week I will be angry

Dear Katerina, thanks for your order from us again, this is the second time you purchase from us, about your question, we have informed the Fedex company, we can make sure we ship all the product to you, because of we have the photo record when we shipped the parcel out, and also we can see the weight of the parcel, that is enough for 3 lots of hair, but we don't know what happened on your side, we are waiting for the Fedex reply! Worst experience.
No item shipped to me. Was told that it would be here by nov 30. I was lied to. It’s december 4th and still nothing. I needed these for a very special event and allowed myself lots of time. Also this says .ca which means that it’s a Canadian site. Apparently it is Chinese. Now if my package ever shows up it will be horrible quality. Customer service is useless. Buyer beware.

We have warehouses around the world, we also have warehouses in Canada, but if you order items are out of stock in CA warehouse , we might shipped from other country! Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I shop around for extensions for my clients and this is the worst company I have ever used. They are late in delivery by 4 days, I have had no explanation and I have called and emailed over 10 times now. With absolutely no response. This has lead to me losing a lot of money. Do not use.

Okay :/
After mixing up my tracking information they were very difficult to get a hold of. Their "customer service number " is just a message machine that never calls back, but when they did contact me via email they were able to "resend" my package and it arrived shortly after. They had some sort of special on stating I would get a free gift with the order ... That didn't happen. The hair it's self seems to be in good quality tho it is very thin. I ordered "10 pc 18inch wavy ash blonde clip ins" and it's colour is true to the photos on the sight.
