I had a little issue with the delivery and Tony ( customer Services) was really attentive, helpful and professional. The delivery was late and he contacted the delivery company to speed up the process. He follow up and answered all my e-mails. Thank you Tony! The hair was more than I expected, nice, silky and curly hair with a perfect Color! Didn’t have to do anything, just wear it! I’ll definitely buy again in the future.

I normally would not be one to write reviews but I am so impressed with my recent hair order! I ordered 3pkts 30” #30 Curly Tape in extensions. It’s easy to see they have been made from beautiful thick quality hair and double drawn. The tapes themselves have bonded perfectly, and they sit lightly and comfortably against the head. They are absolutely true to length also!!  Very impressed, thank you, it’s been difficult to find quality hair in a kinky style curl! I will definitely be a repeat customer

I received these extensions and they were very poor quality so I tried to return them. The return address is in China, so I had to pay a large shipping fee to send it International. The package was lost in the mail and now customer service is not even responding to my emails.

I ordered extensions and they went to wrong address so I never ended up getting them. I emailed customer service and they were kind enough to resend them to me. I am very satisfied with the service and extensions I finally got! Thank you so much I will be ordering more in the future

First they took 8 weeks to arrive. Second they sent clip ins instead of a weft that i ordered (along with tape ins) Third- completely WRONG color Fourth- tape ins FELL out after i had them professionally installed the day before. When I emailed about the MULTIPLE problems they said that clips in are better....not what i ordered! They also noted that they sent extra (crappy) hair tape....maybe because you know your product is crap??? They also said i could intstall myself as its very easy....i cant see the back of my head and it takes my stylist 40 minutes who HAS EXPERIENCE.
