Derailleur hanger came fast! perfect

Parts I needed were available (main pivot bolt), shipped fairly quickly. Only downside is you can't order just the pivot bolt.

Customer service is great! There was no way to pay for expedited shipping, but I sent a note and they shipped same day. Arrived 3 days before tracking said it would.

Your website offers no phone support. No phone numbers whatsoever. We had to send in pictures of the old deformed part, and then the guy guessed at it. An 18$ part ( which I was ok with). It cost me 20$ to get here 12 days later I’m literally 4 states away. I was in the market for another bike , I know now it won’t be a Marin simply because the replacement parts process is a nightmare.
