Hi Keri, Thank you so much for such a detailed review. It’s always our intention to provide great customer service and useful, transparent advice. Please accept our sincerest apologies that we didn’t live up to your expectations on this occasion. Unfortunately, from brand to brand and from country to country – your size can fluctuate. Understandably, this can make online shopping confusing and stressful. Designers and manufacturers generally work within common ranges so that the consumer has some rough idea but there isn't a central place to draw this information from which ensures uniformity across the market. That's why we highly recommend checking the Size Guides and International Size Converter that represent MARIEMUR products specifically before placing an order with us. - MARIEMUR Size Guide: https://mariemur.com/pages/size-guides - International Size Converter: https://mariemur.com/pages/international-size-converter Additionally, our Customer Care Team can personally help you find your size and advise on the fit in the future. According to our Return Policy, sale items are non refundable, indeed. This is a general practice for most of the e-commerce stores. However, you can get a refund on sales items if they are faulty and the fault wasn’t pointed out to you at the time of purchase. We work with each return request individually and our Customer Care Team strives to resolve each single case into the customers' favor while following our policies at the same time. We're thankful that you reached out to share your experience as your valuable feedback helps us to improve our processes and better serve our clients. Please reach out to us at [email protected] to discuss how we can make this right.

Hi Adam, Thank you for your feedback! We carefully handcraft all our products within 7 business days. All of our products are handmade. And after we craft them, we meticulously check every smallest detail to make sure you receive a top quality item. This is a time-consuming, but necessary process. It also takes up to 7 business days for the order to be delivered. We've just checked the details of your order and see that it's still in the 7-day production window at this moment. Also, our Customer Care Team has contacted you directly to clear things up for you. I hope this information is helpful! Feel free to reply back to our email in case you have any other questions. We are always happy to assist you further. Wishing you a magical, magnificent, and merry month of December!

Hi Matt, We deeply apologize for the shipping delay. We, unfortunately, had a backorder and some products were out of stock. We’re working hard to improve our inventory management to prevent issues like this from happening again. In the meantime, we understand how disappointing it is for the order to arrive too late for the holidays. We've just sent you a gift card to compensate for the inconvenience caused. Feel free to contact our Customer Care Team if you have any other questions or concerns.
