According to our Return Policy, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This was the main reason we could not approve your return request. However, as per my check, we offered you a store credit refund so that you could purchase any other product you like. Please contact our Customer Care Team if this option is still sounds like a plan.
