Dear Paula, We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our return policy. However, I'd like to clarify that our return policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, especially for intimate nature products. We cannot accept returns of some products due to health and safety regulations, and we make this clear on our website: Return Policy Page and Return Policy information on the product pages. We understand that this may be frustrating, but it is a necessary measure to ensure the safety of all our customers. Regarding the time frame for returns, we understand that 14 days may not be enough time for some customers, but we do our best to clearly state this on our website. We believe this time frame is fair and reasonable considering the nature of our products. As for the products quality, please note that our products are made from high-quality materials and are designed to last. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty on all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship. We do not compromise on quality, and we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and your wife. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you. Thank you for choosing our brand, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. With Love, MARIEMUR
