Exceptional Customer Service
Found you folks via instagram. Your products are absolutely gorgeous. I've had items in my shopping cart a few times but have yet to make the purchase, for reasons we won't get into here. One of your customer service reps reached out to me via email. Who does that?!?!? Great companies do. Completely unexpected and a little blown away. I honestly can't remember any other company doing anything close to this. To have somebody take the time to see how they could help....priceless. Keep doing what you're doing.....you just won this person over for life.

5-6 day delivery is a lie. It’s been 14 days and nothing…
They say delivery is between 5-6 days. I ordered on the 21st, it’s still not with the delivery company. I chased after 6 days, 11 days and now 14 days. They’re saying it won’t arrive by Tuesday as I hoped to have it for a gift on Wednesday.

Items are frequently out of stock in sizes most needed. Prices are high compared to other online retailers. Customer service is non existent.

Leather goddess
I have most of the leather lingerie and corsets from Marie Mur and they’re all so sexy and flattering. Customer service is very good too :) my partner is very happy with my outfits ;)

Grade A quality
First of all, these products are of grade A quality. Secondly, even though it took a while until the product was delivered, the customer service was great. They were quick to respond to any inquiry and have shared the tracking details with me. Overall experience with Mariemur is more than 5 stars.

Mariemur, the Bordelle of leather lingerie
Customer service is what makes a Brand great. They informed us immediately when there's a delay in getting our sets sent out. And Pylyp the rep responded immediately to our question and followed up as long as the set we're interested in became available! Mariemur is the Bordelle of leather. This is our 3rd purchase of harnesses and latex, and we love the craftsmanship.
