Just a heads up for anyone considering ordering from this store: I didn’t buy clothing or anything custom — I bought a kids electronic prayer mat. Unfortunately, the quality was disappointing, and when I tried to return it after contacting them through email, they would not accept the return. I specifically chose to order from a Muslim-owned shop because I wanted to support Muslim businesses instead of buying elsewhere, which makes the experience even more frustrating. So just FYI — if you order from this store, make sure you are 100% certain you want to keep the item, because based on my experience they are very unwilling to allow returns.

For certain non-clothing items, return eligibility can sometimes differ due to product category and supplier policies, but we understand that this may not have been communicated clearly enough, and for that we are sorry. Please believe us, we never want any customer to feel ignored or treated unfairly.
