It is quite dishonest to bury “return policy” somewhere so difficult to find. The stuff is coming from China and there is no way to return it or exchange it even after you strictly follow sizing instructions but the clothes end up being short or tight. So dishonest for Muslim owned shops to behave like this toward their customers.
