From the moment Jamie reached out, I was impressed by his professionalism and genuine commitment to addressing my concerns. His responsiveness and willingness to listen attentively set him apart as a highly dedicated and compassionate professional. Throughout our interactions, Jamie demonstrated a deep understanding of medical conditions and their corresponding treatments. If you’re anything like me, you’re probably here reading reviews to determine if Marek Health is right for you and your health needs. Or worth it for that matter. I can say without hesitation that you should give Marek a try. In 2019 I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and since then I have been putting forth great effort to become as healthy as possible. As the years went by, I’ve dealt with increasing physical deficits due to the disease. So much so that I felt I needed greater care than the rudimentary services my general practitioner and neurologist provides. That is what Marek provides. You’re not just a patient, an “in and out” insurance claim. You receive the full gamut of services for analyzing and improving your overall health. Yes, it costs money out of pocket, but what you receive in return is next to priceless. From the onset of enrolling with Marek, I was paired with my patient care coordinator Rebecca Braden, and was seen by both nurse practitioner Jamie Kyei-Frompong and Dr. Hotchkiss. Dr. Hotchkiss is my main Marek physician currently. Along with the superb program, all three of these individuals have provided extraordinary service. They understand my needs and have provided any required assistance along the way. In conclusion, Marek provides an outstanding service. Their personnel and program are top notch. If you’re on the fence about enrolling in a program, just do it. Future you will thank past you.

This has been a great experience so far working with my PCC, Dorian. All of my questions & concerns are answered in a timely manner. The personal treatment plan was robust and contained a lot of extra links if I wanted to continue reading on a subject. I’ve had mixed results with Telehealth in the past but would recommend working with Dorian & Marek Health.

I've been with Marek now for over a year and a half under the care of Michael Rogerson and Adam Hotchkiss. I had struggled with symptoms of low testosterone for years, so I originally came in just thinking TRT would be the solution. Even though my testosterone levels were low enough to warrant TRT, the team had me hold off on starting. Despite being a lifetime athlete, I was shocked to realize a lot of my health markers were off. I had insulin resistance, high inflammation markers and my cholesterol was way out of range, so my care team wanted me to focus on getting my health dialed in first. Of course, this wasn't what I expected, but the team did a great job explaining the impacts of these markers and the benefits of addressing them, so I followed their guidance. After my first 6 months with Marek, my markers were improving but I still wasn't seeing nearly the body composition changes that I'd hoped for. After sharing this feedback, Michael referred me to their dietitian they work with, Victoria Whittington at Atlas Optimization, to work on my nutrition. This was monumental in my progress. I thought I had nutrition figured out, but she made it clear I was falling well short on total calorie consumption and composition of macros. At first, I struggled to eat as much as she advised, but within a couple weeks, my performance in the gym was skyrocketing and I started to gain weight like I never thought I was capable of. All while my health markers continued to improve. With help from Victoria and Marek, I continued to work on my metabolic health for almost a year and I gained over 25 lbs. (!!) of lean mass in the process. At this point, my markers had improved significantly but I was still struggling with sleep quality, libido, and general drive, so we progressed to TRT. The results I felt within 2 weeks were incredible and unexpected. My drive, gym performance and libido all went through the roof. My body composition has greatly improved and I get comments all the time about how different I look. I'm now 18 months into my new dietary habits and 6 months into TRT and at 35 years old I feel and look the best I ever have. Marek might not be the cheapest and they won’t just load you up with hormones right out the gate, but the knowledge and care they have provided far exceeds anything I experienced in 10+ years of trying to improve my health through typical "healthcare" avenues. If you’re willing to listen to them and follow the protocol, you’ll have amazing results. If I hadn't invested the work into the diet plan from Victoria and focused on improving my markers (and habits) first, I'm confident I wouldn't have anywhere near the results I have today. I now understand TRT was just the cherry on top. Thank you Marek, Michael, Dr. Hotchkiss and Victoria!!

This has been a great experience for me. They are willing to work with my current physician to ensure I’m on the right path to great health. They took the time to explain everything to me. The first thing that let me know I was with the right company. I had just switched medical providers and had the blood panel done about a week prior, via Marek Health. I brought the results to my new physician and she was able to use what they had ordered and agreed with what they were saying. She is a DO, so she is a more homeopathic provider. That’s they type of care I’m looking for! When both my doctor and the treating physician through Marek Heath and the team I was assigned to are on the same page. I know my heath will improve.

I have been working with Caleb at Marek Health for a few months now and the whole process and experience with him and the Marek Health team has been wonderful. Marek Health is well worth it, and after being with them for 4 months I feel I can give an honest review. I have been working with Conrad Sedwell as my PCC for about 4 months now. He has been absolutely stellar throughout this whole process. My health has significantly improved and a lot of the credit goes to him. Always answers my emails quickly and happy to answer any and all questions I have. No meds or supplements have ever been pushed either, it is always a conversation first. Nothing feels transactional; Conrad truly cares about my health journey and being a part of it. Regular doctors aren’t always easy to deal with and don’t want to explain things to you. Go with Marek you won’t regret it.
