After 7 months of working with Erica Lupiloff and Marek Health my life has significantly improved. I'm currently 58 and about 4 years ago I and felt like my energy, focus, strength and joy for everyday life fell off a cliff. I asked myself am I just getting old, does everybody my age feel like this(pain, sluggish, moody)? I scheduled several appointments with my primary doctor. I think he really tried to help. However, none of the recommended treatments (meds, diet, physical therapy etc.) seemed to do very much. After working with Erica at Marek over the past 7 months I've come to believe, while my primary care physician is a good doctor he is simply not equipped, either because of his practice focus or the medical system itself to spend enough time to dive deep into bloodwork. Marek had me testing bio markers I wasn't even aware of. After analysis of my test results recommendations were made and closely monitored. After a couple months to dial in my protocol I now feel better than I ever thought I could. Thank you Erica and Marek Health!

I've been working with Cameron for the past 6 months. Cameron feels like a friend now, but even from the start he made me feel comfortable. I was able to have an honest conversation about why I was seeking help from Marek. I've never had a question unanswered, or answered in an unsatisfactory way. There were a couple of times I emailed questions about labs and medication. Cameron got back to me quickly and I was impressed. I can't forget NP Jessica. She was also very helpful and professional. Everyone I've met has had a genuine interest in helping me. I struggled for a long time and was led to believe I had a condition I did not really have. After my initial labs designed by Cameron, we were on the right track and I only wish I would have reached out sooner.

Marek Health has been such an important part of my life these past two years. In 2022, I decided to make some positive life changes and needed some guidance. I followed Marek because of Derek "Moreplatesmoredates" on YouTube because l've always found him as a trustworthy resource. At the beginning, I met with Domenic, my patient care coordinator. Domenic has been such a helpful resource and encouraging force in my life ever since. He listened to my concerns and goals for my health and fitness and helped me create a plan to accomplish those goals. In a short period of time, Marek became an essential part of my life. Shoutout to Domenic and Dr. Hotchkiss for being awesome supportive partners along the way.
