Outstanding Experience. I have been working with Marek for several years and my experience has been outstanding. My Health Coach is top notch and very responsive. The doctors I have encountered are also very helpful. My meds come at the expected time and refills are easy to obtain.

I’m not sure what to think. Last order of medications took three weeks and the order before that took over four weeks. I was told it was a pharmacy problem and fixed, but it doesn’t seem to be fixed. I tried to order replacement meds a month before my next labs and doctor consultation so I wouldn’t run out but was told to wait till after that. So I ran out of meds before that plus the long delivery time. One of my meds in a glass bottle was shipped twice in a plastic bag and it wasn’t a cheap med. $55 for shipping three meds and three weeks delivery time is pretty ridiculous. The doctor consultation was good but I was hoping there would be a follow up on the meds and supplements the doctor recommended because I didn’t write them down, but that didn’t happen. So I’m not sure if I’m going to continue with Marek.

::Long review warning:: I went to Marek just before the new year after getting completely fed up with my primary care physician. Year over year, I’d go see the doctor, he’d take my blood pressure after fighting SoCal traffic, weigh me, and say “your blood pressure is a little high… and you could stand to lose some weight. Let’s do some bloodwork have get you back in here for a review” and he’d send me on my way. I’d never hear anything back unless I’d reach out, and got fed up with the whole thing. Being 45, and in ok shape (I carry a little extra in the gut), I decided it was time to dial things in, so I contacted Marek. My initial intake was with Garrett Kiger, super cool guy and easy to chat with. He did my initial intake, asked me about my health and workouts, stepped me through their process, got me all signed up for my bloodwork, and I eagerly awaited the results. Once everything came back, and I was able to do my bloodwork review, I was blown away with the amount of detail they provided, and ways to address all items that were concerning about my panels. My early mindset into this whole adventure was to check to see if I was a candidate for TRT, turns out my T levels were just fine, and they knocked that off the radar for me, but helped my dial in all other aspects of my health based on my results and got my T levels to jump 100 points without TRT. Fast forward to today! Since the new year I’m down 38lbs. I’ve maintained my muscle mass, and feel like I’ve gained quite a bit (but that might be the fat shed as well ;) So, what do I like most? Well, beyond the body recomposition work that has been done, it’s also helped me change my way thinking around health in general. I’m now an ardent practitioner of almost all the recommendations Garrett has made for me, and it’s been transformative to say the least. I’m leaner, mentally focused, and have changed my eating and drinking habits 180 degrees. Everyone asks what the secret is, and I just respond “Marek” Could I have done it without Marek? Maybe? I do know it has made things a whole lot easier in many regards, and has taken the guess work out of whether I should or should not be eating raw testicles to stay fit after 40 (please… just don’t!) and has put forward a comprehensive plan for me to follow that works! Would I recommend Marek? 100% Would I recommend Garret? 100% (just save some time for me on the calendar) Super thankful for Garrett and the team at Marek, and I’ll continue to sing their praises to all who’ll listen.
