Working with Marek Health I have been able to get bloodwork done, identify trouble areas and areas that have room for improvement/optimization, and I have been able to work with Michael Warner and a Medical Provider to assess what lifestyle, diet, training, and supplement changes I can incorporate in order to get my markers to where they need to be for optimal health. I still have a long road to go but the service and experience has been excellent.

I have been working with Marek Health for almost a year. My Health coach is Rebecca Braden and I can not say enough about how educated, professional and responsive she is. I have sent family members and friends to her, as I truly believe that the personalized experience she offers is second to none. I have seen a few practitioners with Marek, but by far, my favorite has been Angelica Wyman. She’s genius, compassionate and willing to work with my goals very closely. Here we are one month in with Garrett query, and marek health. All I can say is wow Garrett has been a huge insight on what changes I should be making he had me add a significant amount of food and I’ve dropped nearly 15 pounds this month while gaining some lean tissue. Anytime I’ve had any questions or concerns, I was super afraid of needles, he’s been quick to get back to me putting my mind at ease. About to sign my mother up!!

I used marek health after my husband had reached out to them for his own health optimization. Unfortunately, my experience was completely opposite of his. I had a different “sales” person who was not efficient. I was charged double for vitamins that I could have purchased online myself. I gained 10lbs from a prescription they prescribed, and when I reached out to my health coach he said “oh yes, that can be normal”. Why would I want to gain weight, when I started this journey to optimize my health inside and out. Never again. Once he realized I wasn’t happy, he never reached out again. After spending $1,500, to me it just a money scam.
