I have been with marek for a little over two years now and have had a few different health coaches. I think Sawyer Newman has been my coach for about a year now and I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how amazing he is. He was so impressive to me that it made my wife join marek and now she is also being coached by Sawyer. Any time we have questions he gets back to me very fast, has great advice, makes us feel like family and always explains everything in detail. I own a small business, good employees are hard to find. Marek health and everyone under his care hit the jackpot with Sawyer!!!

I've been using marek for a few years now and it's completely changed my life. When I started i was close to 100 pounds overweight, had horrible anxiety and was dealing with depression. I had to leave my job due to pain and inflammation that wouldn't allow me to work on vehicles anymore. My primary doctors only response to my pleas for help was to offer antidepressants since "i was too young for any hormone issues and was otherwise healthy". I started looking around and came across marek, figured it was worth a chance so I reached out. My initial appointment with my health coach, Domenic Ricci, made me feel right at home. We chatted about symptoms, feelings, goals, etc. His showing of genuine concern while listening to my story made it all very comfortable. I had my initial bloodwork done and after that is when the great things started happening. "Based on what we're seeing here and the symptoms you're explaining, im sure we can help you." This was a massive turning point for me. A ray of hope after being told for years there was nothing wrong. As the months went on we dialed in different life factors, diet, workouts, supplementation etc. This is where Domenic shines the most for me. If I was ever feeling down or unsure I would shoot an email, call or schedule a meeting and we would just talk through whatever it was I was going through at the time. Two to three years in now and I've completely turned my health and life around thanks to marek and Domenic especially. The 100 pounds has came off and stayed off, my anxiety is almost completely gone and the depression is all a thing of the past. With all the health issues dealt with its also allowed me to get back to work and start my own business. I honestly do not think this would've been possible at all without marek health and Domenic's help.

I’m so happy with the help I received from Marek Health. I feel so much younger and healthier than I have in years!!! My joints don’t hurt, I’m sleeping without sleep medication now, I’ve lost 25 pounds and I have plenty of energy. I can’t say enough good things about their services. As someone in healthcare, it’s gratifying knowing that Marek and their team members like Garrett Q. will accommodate your healthcare needs to your personalized blood work and certain conditions, as opposed to other healthcare systems that I was a part of in the past.
