As a physician with 25 years of practice experience I was extremely impressed with the knowledge base and customer service dedication of Alex Jacoby who was my point of contact with Marek. Approachable, warm, knowledgable and invested are how I would describe him. His depth of knowledge impressed me and it was a pleasure working with him. After my initial discussions with Alex my appointment with provider Maria Beech was to an equally high standard. She thoroughly reviewed my medical history before our appt and answered all of my questions with a high degree of knowledge. I felt comfortable with the guidance given and direction chosen. Having run my own practice and managed many employees you can tell when the staff are valued and treated well by whom they work for which is a credit back to Marek. Cameron Collins at Marek has been fantastic to work with! He’s easy to talk to and always makes himself available when needed. During our 1:1s, he’s always helpful, brings great ideas to bounce back and forth, and encourages me to reach out anytime via email if I have questions. Anytime I do send over an email, he’s quick to respond. I really appreciate how collaborative he is, and I’m constantly learning something new from him. I came to Marek Health after having a physical and left the doctor's office feeling tired and burned out. I had blood work done and the doctor said everything look good, " see you next year". I am 5'11 and weighed 275, slept about 5 hours a night, had bad eating habits. I was going to the gym daily. I was on social media and saw an ad for better health through Marek Health. I read that a complete blood work-up could be done, so I was willing to give it a try. When my blood work came back I recieved a email from my health coach Garrett Query. I discussed my frustrations with Garrett. After going over my blood work we discussed a plan for me. I thank Garrett Query for the encouragement and support to improve my life. He was easy to talk to and was responded to emails quickly. He put me on a meal and cardio plan. Through this program I have been able to lose weight, over 30 pounds, and have more energy.
