A partner in my health…
I’ve been on quite the health journey with Marek and my health coach, Sawyer. I can honestly say I’ve never been more educated or in tune with my health and body. Sawyer is always available to answer questions, and our sessions are so informative. I really feel like I have a partner who is just as invested in my health as I am. You just can’t get that from traditional medicine. I often tell people about Marek and always try to refer them over!

Marek Health has been there for me to…
Marek Health has been there for me to fill the gaps that have appeared in my traditional health care environment. Their providers are attentive and caring. They want to work with you to get you where you need to be. Not just sell you testosterone like so many others.

Marek + Sawyer is the perfect combination.
Working with Sawyer at Marek has been awesome. He walks the walk when it comes to health and fitness, while also always being professional with the fastest response time in my years of working with Marek. He always makes you feel like a priority.

Garrett Kiger was amazing to deal with
Garrett Kiger was amazing to deal with. He was straightforward, clear and helped me understand everything they offered. I never felt pressured into buying something which was so refreshing in the health sector. I would recommend Garrett to anyone looking for real information behind getting healthier.

Just do it.
Hands down the best thing you can do if health optimization is your goal. The level of depth/detail is unmatched, miles ahead of a PCP in terms of treatment options and access to your health.

Marek Health Review
I have loved working with my health coach Sawyer at Marek Health. He is very passionate about helping people improve their biomarkers and is always willing to answer my questions in a timely manner via email or video chats. Every time I get my labs drawn, Sawyer goes into depth on my results and what each biometric means for me in terms of optimizing my health.

Marek is the gold standard in optimization
I’ve been working with Alex (health coach) and he and the entire company are fantastic to work with. I really like their pricing structure and a la carte service. The amount of information and evidence they provide is appreciated and being able to schedule meetings with Alex as questions arise helps a lot. Originally connected with them after being frustrated with practitioners who were cookie cutter and ill informed. I thought I’d need trt but turns out the fix was a few supplements and meds that worked tremendously well. After 4 months and a few tweaks I was able to improve a few important facets of my life. Well worth it.
