I’ve had an excellent experience with Marek Health. The process is thorough, professional, and genuinely focused on optimizing long term health rather than quick fixes. Everything from labs to follow ups felt well organized and personalized. In particular my health coach, Peter, has been outstanding. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and takes the time to actually listen and explain things in a way that makes sense. I never felt rushed or like I was getting generic treatment. Everything was tailored to my goals and labs.
