She helped me work through my bloodwork, hormones, and overall health in such a thoughtful and insightful way. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable she is about more complex issues like vestibular migraine and histamine responses, which so many practitioners completely overlook. Back in 2023 I decided I wanted to seriously get my health in order. I had just come off birth control, Adderall, and SSRIs, and I wanted to create a good baseline before turning 30 and eventually trying for kids. For years I struggled with my weight, constant blood sugar crashes, and extreme fatigue. I was the person drinking 4–5 shots of espresso just to get through the day. Whenever I brought these things up to regular doctors, I was usually told it was “normal to be tired,” or the solution was just increasing my Adderall or continuing SSRIs for anxiety and depression. I always felt like the underlying issues were never actually being addressed. When I started working with Marek in 2023, they ran a very comprehensive blood panel, which was something no one had ever done for me before. That’s when things finally started to make sense. They identified functional hypothyroidism, discovered I was pre-diabetic, and also saw that my birth control had severely impacted my progesterone levels. Since then, they’ve helped me manage my thyroid properly, start a GLP-1 to address the insulin resistance, and work on balancing my hormones. The difference in how I feel today compared to a few years ago is honestly incredible. I’m now about 50–60 pounds lighter than when I first started, my energy is stable, and my thyroid is finally being managed correctly. The biggest moment for me is that I’m currently just over three months pregnant with a baby girl who is tracking very healthy so far. I truly don’t think I would be in this position without the care I received from Marek. My health coach, Rebecca, has also been amazing. She’s incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her clients. I always feel supported and like someone is actually paying attention to the details of my health. I’m so grateful for the team at Marek and plan to continue working with them for years to come, especially as I navigate pregnancy and postpartum.

Marek Health has been life changing! I don't know where id be without them. I have an autoimmune disease and the protocol I am on has made me feel better for the first time that other doctors failed me on. I recommend to everyone, even if you feel good to use Marek to see how you can be even better. Ive worked with Peter and he has been amazing.
