Amazing customer service. I can’t be more thankful for such a great company, I needed some screws for my handles, even though I didn’t purchase through the company, I emailed the office and they put sone in the post for free! Such kindness isn’t the norm these days. A big thanks to Megan and crew! Royella

It is important that you note that I am no longer with Goldman Sachs, but Marcus is a fantastic product regardless. Ease of transaction is a key attraction point for clients.

Had my request submitted and approved within 2 days - I had been waiting for 2-1/2 weeks from Sofi - after submitting 2 years of 1099's and tax forms to Sofi. Marcus came through for me - that is why I am recommending them.

The coil/spring of one of our Heritage Brass door handles snapped. M-Marcus's customer services sent out replacement parts immediately, and the handle is back to normal. Very impressive service.
