Good Quality and timely delivery

The size I ordered was too small. My return options are limited in that I can only get a 30% discount on new purchase and keep the item or pay for return shipping internationally, which is not cost efficient from Los Angeles. And the pocket lining in my unworn jacket has a hole.

The jacket was great, well made and fits good. Little slow arriving from time of ordering. The personal response was very professional and courteous. I would use Marcus again

I recently purchased a jacket on a weekend but when I realized I had picked the wrong colour it was too late to change the order so I had to buy a second one in the preferred colour. Happily though I was so impressed with the jacket's quality and cut that I decided to gift the first one to our son as an early birthday gift which was enthusiastically received, he owes me one LOL.

Delivered product they said they would deliver when they said they would deliver it.

I ordered online and there was a very deceptive "Buy It Now" button that looked like a "Continue" button. When clicked, it went right to check out and pay for items in my cart, not "Review," and the button had added an additional QTY of my item but at a discounted price. Customer Service helped me remove it and get a refund and they were very nice and quick. BUT, when received my item I realized that this is a generic knock off item probably made in China. They claim to be "Harrington style" jacket and have a name that sounds British and sounds like Harrington. Their fake product designer name is "Harry Stone" There is no such brand or designer named Harry Stone Here is the description Marcus store uses "Meet our Harry Stone Jacket - blending modern elegance with timeless fashion and a touch of contemporary flair. Versatile for spring or winter, it boasts a red checkered lining, impeccable stitching, front and internal pockets, and comfy ribbed cuffs." and from Instagram they say "Discover the Iconic Harrington in masculine BLACK!🤠 Our Harry Stone Jacket: the sleek secret weapon of style. Understated yet striking, it’s the piece that’s graced both rock stages and silver screens." But the Harry Stone jacket has not graced silver screen and rock stages because it is NOT a Harrington and is a fake brand that was recently made up. The jacket does not have any labels inside telling what brand it is!?!? Maybe the company (Marcus) sells it under different names in different countries and doesn't want the label inside so they can keep it generic?
