Great customer service my future husband ring come too big he had order the wrong size. They sent another ring with the right size.

I was very disappointed with my purchase, I have been trying to contact you about the issue, and finally got to this page. Purfect service from order to delivery. Even got everything is package, however, I have never had such a dull ring. Fit purfect, inside lovely and shiny, But the surface of the ring is dull and it looks like theres a plastic surface on the ring, but no instructions to whether it can be taken off and no instruction to show me how to do this. Very nice! Took longer than I expected to receive as they were coming from China. Customer service was fantastic and prompt when we had a sizing issue. Would definitely order from them again.
