The rings are great but shipping sucks.

Never was told how l could return it. Have been issued a refund now and as a gesture of good will told you keep the ring. Previously -Want to send back as not happy with resin coating. Now trying to get me to buy another one at 50% off, or buy a different one. Lots of updates whilst ring was in transit. And arrived in good time. Sadly communication now has failed when trying to make contact as l wish to return the ring, due to not liking the resin coating. 3 days since l reached out to them and 3 X emails sent. All they reply back with is why not buy another one. Have repeatedly asked for returns process but Emily who replies does not advise how.

I was very disappointed with my purchase, I have been trying to contact you about the issue, and finally got to this page. Purfect service from order to delivery. Even got everything is package, however, I have never had such a dull ring. Fit purfect, inside lovely and shiny, But the surface of the ring is dull and it looks like theres a plastic surface on the ring, but no instructions to whether it can be taken off and no instruction to show me how to do this. I ordered rings with Marco-Voletti over a month ago and still have not received anything. I received a link to pick replacements. On the website, I still see the items I originally ordered. Do not understand why I cannot get what I ordered. I have chosen replacement items, and now waiting to see whether their word can be honored. All I want is to be treated like a valued customer. I'm very unsatisfied with my experience with this business, so far. On 19Feb, I finally received a replacement parcel with items. I must say they are beautifully made. Thank you for correcting my disappointment.
